INITIAL CONSULTATION
Prior to your photoshoot pre-planning call, please have ideas, requests, questions, and or concerns ready to discuss.

 

LOCATION
Photoshoot location(s) will be discussed during your pre-planning brief. If you do not have access to space for a photoshoot, suggested options will be provided during the pre-planning call. Photoshoot location(s) more than 5 miles from downtown Chicago will be subject to an additional travel fee.

PAYMENT
All photoshoot services require a down payment of either $150 (for 2hr on-site session) or $300 (for 4hr on-site session) depending on the session booked. Final payment is due prior to receiving final photos. Initial payment must be paid by credit card via digital invoice.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to nature of photographic services, all sales are final. No full refunds are available.

 

RAW PHOTO SELECTION
You will receive a link to view all photos within less than 5 days of your photoshoot. Photos will be in low resolution format for faster viewing. These photos are not to be downloaded and or used in any way other than narrowing down for final edits. In a separate email titled “Photo Selection”, please list the exact file names (ex:”dsc_025″) of the preferred photos to be edited in final production.

 

WAIT TIME
Editing and final production of photos takes time as there are many stages to the process. An estimated delivery date will be provided once the “Photo Selection” email has been received.
